Dr. Khanna is a private psychiatrist and offers care that is personalized for each patient. Dr. Khanna does not follow treatment regimens or programs dictated by insurance companies and does not participate in any insurance panels. Therefore, her practice is strictly fee-for-service only. Please contact the office for the fee schedule.

If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we will be happy to provide you a receipt that you may directly submit to your insurance company.

Payment in full is due at the time of service. Minds That Matter accepts cash, check, or credit card.

Please be on time for your appointment for that time slot has been reserved for you. Patients are responsible for honoring appointment times. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full. Cancellations require 24-business hour advance notice. Business hours are considered weekdays and exclude holidays. Late cancellation or no cancellation fees will need to be paid prior to your next appointment.

Please note: If the Blue Valley School System is closed due to weather, then Minds that Matter will also be closed. This is to ensure everyone's safety.

Please do not depend solely on reminder calls, as they are a courtesy service.

Returned Checks are subject to a $35 fee in addition to the amount of the check. This may be subject to prosecution under the law of the Johnson County Attorney’s office.
