Please use your appointment times to obtain your prescriptions and refills. Patients are required to have an active patient status with Minds That Matter in order to receive medications. Patients are required to regularly schedule and keep appointments as deemed medically necessary by Dr. Khanna.
Refills do not constitute an emergency or crisis situation.
Please call your pharmacy for the refill, and they will contact us with the information needed to refill your medication.
There is a 72-hour notice requirement to refill your prescription.
Refills can be obtained during regular office hours. Medication refills that cannot be mailed, faxed, or called in to the pharmacy can be picked up during our regular business hours. Proper photo identification is required for pick-up.
You may have a fee for a duplicate prescription. This will have to be paid prior to receiving the prescription again.
